2024 Quarter 3 Performace:

2024 Quarter 2 Performace: It's now time to roll up the sleeves for practice (with motivational education) aside from research (observation)! This practice aims to enhance coherence interdepently in each of these three fronts: human condition, human relations & human performance. In this informal practice carried out through motivational education, I see myself as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) which I have a previous training of looking after marginalized community members such as newly arriving refugees, seniors, orphaned young adults given care at group homes, as well as those with medical condition. In partnership with local churches, I do have a sample size of [a] homeschooled k-12 students --> to monitor advancing human performance, [b] a target of disenfranchised community residents of West Virginia (on the verge for outreach) --> to monitor advancing human conditions [c] a bilateral trade between U.S. & Ethiopia with Mechanism of Design For Wellness (MD4W) embedded in cross-atlantic transction --> to monitor advancing human relations.

God showed me His greatness thru the circle of friends who are believing in me as it’s he who appointed them in my life ! Here is the tip of the iceberg from my observation on the research side: coherence (societal narrow mindedness) is what contributes to societal decay! Outlasting off-grid requires you to be well abled or you need to cry out believing in Jesus Christ saving power! But there are many who are forced to go off grid and don’t belong to either brackets making them under equipped ! Off grid isn’t for everyone who wants to have a better control of their wellness! Because it requires ableism & steadfastness like farmers! It’s a lotta hard work!When you go off-grid & aren’t well abled or aren’t crying out to the lord you will be prone to loosing friendships or “normal” community engagements! Those who couldn’t find their off grid niche for not participating in this belief system or are not well abled due to physical challenges and are afraid of the consequences of being excommunicated from society are amongst you hiding their unwell conditions! You can trace them with their lack of harmony in human relations, performance & at worst their conditions speaking on their behalf ! Check on them, please!
